We are confident that our vegetable-tanned leather goods will accompany you over time with style and authenticity. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with the return process.


Return Window & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with European regulations. No justification is required.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In perfect condition, unused and unworn

  • Complete with original packaging, tags, and certificate of authenticity

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized items (e.g., engraved products, initials, custom orders)

  • Sale items or those purchased with gift vouchers

  • Items damaged due to use


How to Request a Return

Please email us at info@alessiafirenze.it, providing:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item

  • The reason for the return

You will receive return instructions and, if approved, a return shipping label.

Important: Returns not requested in advance via email will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary. For any delays exceeding 15 days, feel free to contact us.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

  • Damaged item

  • Shipping error


Defective or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
