Preparation Time

Each order is carefully prepared in our artisan workshop in Tuscany. Items in stock are shipped within 1–2 business days. Personalized or made-to-order products may require 5–7 business days before shipping.

Couriers and Delivery Times

We ship with reliable couriers such as DHL, UPS, or SDA, depending on the destination.

Italy: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days
International: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Italy: Free for orders over €100
Europe: €15 / free for orders over €250
Rest of the world: €25 / free for orders over €350

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once the minimum order amount is reached.

Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

Taxes and Customs Duties

For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes are not included in the price and are the customer’s responsibility.
